Cocoa Chili Rub

Don’t let the name scare you. The flavor is out of this world. You can sprinkle it on steak, chicken, lamb, or pork. Or you can use it as a rub and allow to marinade for a while. My favorite use is as a rub on a nice steak. You will be amazed.
